Can Spare You The Difficulty Of An Awful Infestation

When most people think of bed bugs they think of crowded, unsanitary living and where to start with Bed Bug Control. The problem is, this isn’t always the truth.

Bed bugs can infest even the most spotless of  houses by hitching a ride in clothing and luggage from one location to another.

This means that even if your house is immaculate, if you have been exposed, you are susceptible to Bed Bug Control. Using bed bug control early on however, can help to keep your home free and clear of these blood sucking bed bugs.

The Need of Bed Bug Control!

Bed bugs have the worst reputation, and in truth, these bed bugs absolutely deserve all the publicity on  Bug Control. Once you have an infestation, these parasitic bed bugs can be expensive and troublesome to get rid of by just using standard Bed Bug Control methods. By taking a few preventative steps before entering your home, you can avoid getting a bed bug infestation of your own.  Prevention is the best Bed Bug Control but sometimes you discover an infestation after it’s active.

Everything that has traveled with you must be de-bugged before you bring it into your residence. This is difficult because bed bugs are resilient and awesome at hiding even when using the best prevention for Bug Control. Heat is one Bed Bug Control method, when properly applied, can catch the bed bugs in even the most clever of hiding spaces, and kill these pesky bed bugs before they have the opportunity to start setting up camp in your territory.

Bed Bug Treatment

It is impossible to launder your luggage to prevent bed bugs and there are only so many ways to expose your clothing to extremely high temperatures without seriously damaging them. Many popular websites mentioning line drying clothing in the hot summer sun as an effective method of Bug Control. Quite a few people that have tried this system of bed bug control however, say that it is utterly useless.  It really is useless.  Try just throwing your potentially infested bed bug clothes into a clothes dryer and dry them on a high heat.

When you leave your car in the hot summer sun the temperatures inside of it will usually rise rapidly. By leaving your clothes and luggage in the car and parking it directly in the sun, you can apply enough heat to these items to kill bugs without damaging your possessions. All of your travel items that have been subjected to an infestation should be left here for several hours to ensure a thorough kill.  This form of Bed Bug Control as prevention has proven to be very very effective.

Bed Bug Treatment

Coming back from a bed bug infested location on a cold, overcast day will render this method of Bed Bug Control  prevention treatment ineffective. Another alternative for situations such as these is to wash your clothes at regular settings, but then dry them until they are painfully hot to the touch. Once dried in a hot dryer,  you can be relatively certain that any hitchhiking bed bugs will be dead.  This form of Bed Bug Control prevention is also highly effective.
You can’t fit your luggage into the washer or drier to kill bed bugs, so it will have to be vacuumed. Use your vacuum hose attachment to check every crevice and corner of your luggage for these crafty little hiders. The bed bugs may be in exterior compartments and pockets,  so make sure that you are thorough when checking for bed bugs as a Bed Bug Control prevention method.

Bed Bug Control means Bed Bug Reproduction Control

All it takes is a bed bug mating pair to reak havoc on your house. Another very important thing to remember when using this  Bug Control preventative option is to never bring your vacuum into the house before changing the bag or emptying the canister. Bed bugs can escape from these and enter your home anyway, and then all of your hard efforts will have been for naught.
