The DeadBedBugs bed bug treatment plan follows the EPA Pest Management protocol which includes spraying pesticides, using non-chemical methods, steam, diatomaceous earth and climbup interceptors. There is more to killing bed bugs than just spraying; the correct Pest Management system includes a lot of common sense practices.
We do recommed that you do complete a second treatment for any eggs that may have been missed during the first treatment and have since then hatched if only using the non-chemical products.
If you are still treating for bed bugs and you would like to vacuum up the bed bug powder, you would need to reapply the diatomaceous earth because if the diatomaceous earth is not present, there is nothing left there to kill the bed bugs in your home.
